The Clark County Fire Marshals, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to locate the suspect or suspects in a fire investigation.

The Fire Marshal’s office is asking the public to review the video and photo attached to see if they recognize the people or vehicle. The video was taken Sunday, Oct. 9 at approximately 3:30 pm on a ridge near where the Nakia Creek fire is burning on Larch Mountain.

“We are looking for what we believe is a white or light-colored Subaru vehicle,” said Assistant Fire Marshal Curtis Eavenson. “Based on witness statements, we also believe there were two men and two women connected with this vehicle.”

If anyone recognizes the vehicle or people depicted in the video or has any information regarding the ongoing wildfire investigation, they are urged to contact the county’s Fire Marshal Office at (564) 397-3320.

On October 7th, 2022, at about 0235 hours, officers assigned to East Precinct responded to the Shun Chang Lounge at 9141 SE Powell Blvd. Several patrons reported being robbed outside the business by a male and female. Several of the victims suffered gunshot injuries during the robbery.   The Portland Police Bureau is seeking the publics’ assistance in identifying a male and female seen inside the business prior to the robbery.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to locate the suspect in a Homicide.

The Portland Police Bureau are looking for 43-year-old Jose Antonio Caraballo, who is wanted for the murder of his girlfriend, 27-year-old Kathryn Muhlbach. A nationwide arrest warrant has been issued for Caraballo for the charge of Murder in the Second Degree (Domestic Violence). Caraballo is believed to have fled the Portland area; however, his last known address is within the Portland city limits. He is known to have associates in Oregon, California and Mexico.

Anyone who sees Caraballo or believes they have information that could lead to his arrest is asked to immediately call 911.

On June 12, 2022 at about 8:30 pm, the victim was walking on NE Fazio Way and NE Gertz Rd when he witnessed three vehicles that were racing by. When the victim stepped into the road and raised his arms to confront the drivers, the subjects stopped their vehicle, backed up and assaulted the individual and robbed him of his Rolex and shoes. Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to locate the suspect or suspects in a Robbery.

On October 7, 2022 at about 215 pm, three African American juveniles took part in an armed robbery at the Celery Café on N Williams Avenue. After the robbery the three left in a stolen vehicle which has since been recovered. The business had video surveillance which captured some of the incident. Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying any of the three individuals.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to locate the suspect.

In the early morning hours of October 1, 2022, an unidentified suspect intentionally damaged vehicle tires throughout the Roseway neighborhood.  At this time, in upwards of 65 residents were affected by the suspect, including some residents who had tires on multiple vehicles damaged.  The overall cost of towing and tire replacement is still being finalized but is estimated to be tens of thousands of dollars.  The suspect is described as a white male adult, standing approximately 6’ tall and weighing over 250 lbs.

The Vancouver Police Department, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to locate the suspect or suspects in a shooting.

On August 8, 2022, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Vancouver Police responded to a shooting at the intersection of NE 62nd Avenue/NE Fourth Plain Blvd. When officers arrived, they located a male with multiple gunshots wounds. The victim remains hospitalized.

Detectives from the Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes Unit have continued the investigation and are asking anyone who may have information regarding this incident, or who may have witnessed the shooting, to contact Crime Stoppers of Oregon.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to locate the suspect in a homicide.

On 7/15/22 at approximately 1952 hours, officers responded to the area of SE 124 Avenue and SE Powell Boulevard.  Officers located the victim, Aaron Follstad-Martin (MB DOB: 11/26/77) deceased at the scene from an apparent gunshot wound.  The subsequent investigation identified the suspect to be Janae Tanell KELLEY (FB DOB: 10/19/79   6’2” /200 blk, brn).

An arrest warrant was issued for KELLEY’S arrest and her whereabouts are unknown. 

The investigation of the murder is still active and investigators are following up on any active leads.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to identify the suspect, or suspects, in a homicide.

On 9/19/22 at approximately 1931 hours, shots were reported at Northgate Park, 9347 N. Geneva Avenue. Officers responded to the scene and found evidence of a shooting, but no victim.  A short time later a private vehicle arrived at Emanuel Hospital with the victim identified to be Essadin Hassan (MB DOB: 3/1/99), who had a gunshot wound, Hassan succumbed to his injury.

On the morning of September 12, 2022, Morgan Seger was found by a passerby lying on a sidewalk in the area of NE 18th Ave./NE Tillamook St. Seger was unresponsive.  Police and medical were called to the scene and Seger was pronounced deceased. An autopsy was conducted and the Medical Examiner determined that Morgan Seger died as a result of homicidal violence.  Detectives are seeking information regarding the murder of Morgan Seger.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to identify the suspects involved in a shooting that left several people injured and one person deceased.

On August 28, 2022, 20yr old Cameron Taylor was shot and killed during an illegal street racing event at N. Marine Drive and N. MLK Blvd in Portland Oregon.  Two other people were also shot and injured during this event.  The investigation into this murder and assault is underway.  Detectives are following up on any active leads.   Detectives are asking that anyone with information, to include video, of the street racing event please come forward.

Crime Stoppers Featured Case #22-16 – Shooting Investigation

Investigating Agency: Portland Police Bureau

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve a November 2021 shooting in East Portland.

On November 2, 2021, at approximately 2:26 p.m., in the area of 122nd Avenue and East Burnside Street, an unknown suspect fired multiple rounds from a handgun at a black Ford Mustang being driven by a 40-year-old Portland man. The vehicle sustained damage from gunfire but the driver was not injured.

The suspect was described as a Black male, 20 to 30 years old, wearing a dark puffy jacket, blue jeans, and black shoe with white soles.

Investigators located area surveillance video and have released a still image from a video of the suspect, who is carrying some kind of black container or case in his left hand and talking on the phone with his right hand.

Investigators would like to hear from anyone with information about this shooting investigation.

Investigating Agency: Marion County Sheriff’s Office

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the April 2021 homicide of Juan Manuel Perez, a 39-year-old man from Hillsboro.

On April 21, 2021, at 10:41 p.m., emergency services were called to a car fire on Sunnyview Road NE near Hibbard Road NE in rural Marion County. When the fire was put out, Juan Manuel Perez was found deceased inside of the vehicle. Detectives from the Marion County Sheriff's Office were called out to the scene to investigate the suspicious death.

The Oregon State Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on the victim and ruled Perez's death a homicide.

Detectives with the Marion County Sheriff's Office would like to hear from anyone with information about the death of Mr. Perez.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the May 2021 homicide of Danae Williams.

On Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at 8:55 p.m., Portland Police Bureau officers responded to the report of a shooting in the 6800 block of Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. When the officers arrived, they located two shooting victims, an adult male and adult female. The victims were transported by ambulance to a Portland hospital for treatment for life threatening injuries. The male victim survived; however, the female victim succumbed to her injuries and later died at the hospital.

The Oregon State Medical Examiner performed an autopsy and determined that the victim, 25-year-old Danae K. Williams of Portland, died as a result of gunshot wounds and ruled her death a homicide.

Detectives would like to hear from anyone with information about the shooting death of Ms. Williams.

On April 8, 2022, the body of 44-year-old Jeremy Levi Gurtner was found in the Columbia River Slough near NE 105th Avenue and NE Alderwood Road, in Portland, Oregon. Detectives estimate that Mr. Gurtner had been deceased anywhere from four days to two weeks.

On Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 9:38 p.m., Portland Police Bureau officers were dispatched to a report of a shooting near Northeast Milton Street and Northeast 82nd Avenue. When officers arrived they located an adult male who was suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers attempted life-saving measures until paramedics arrived but the victim did not survive.

The Oregon State Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on the victim, 39-year-old Mohamed Shaani, and determined that he died as a result of a gunshot wound and ruled his death a homicide.

Detectives would like to hear from anyone with information about the shooting death of Mr. Shaani.

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the March 2022 homicide of Zackary Harris.

On March 16, 2022, Portland Police Bureau officers were dispatched to a shooting call under Northeast Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard near Northeast Halsey Street. When officers arrived, they located a man who appeared to be suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital by ambulance. Although medical professionals' life-saving efforts were successful for an extended period of time, the victim ultimately succumbed to his injuries.

The Multnomah County Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy and determined that the victim, 31-year-old Zackary Joel Harris, died as a result of a gunshot wound and ruled his death a homicide.

Homicide detectives would like to hear from anyone with any information about the homicide of Zackary Harris.

The Vancouver Police Department, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the August 2021 homicide of Tyler Harris.

On August 29, 2021, Vancouver Police officers responded to the 3500 block of NE 50th Court on the report of a suspicious circumstance. A resident in the complex heard a loud noise and saw their neighbor lying in the doorway of his residence. When police arrived, they located 19-year-old Tyler Harris, deceased from a gunshot wound. His death was ruled a homicide.

Surveillance video from the night of the shooting shows two females (see photo labeled Females 1) and one male (see photos labeled Male 1 and Shoes) knock on Mr. Harris’s door, moments later Mr. Harris is shot, and the three subjects flee.

One of the females is wearing dark colored leggings with red and white "Fila" on the side.

The other female is wearing dark colored leggings that stop just below the knee, a dark colored hoodie that has white print on the front which looked like "Washington State" along with a "cougar" logo below and black shoes with white bottoms.

The male is wearing distinctive Nike shoes that are white and black on the front but are orange and yellow at the back.

Detectives from the Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes Team are continuing the investigation into the shooting death of Mr. Harris and no arrests have been made in this case
