Finley Creek Jane Doe Death Investigation

The Oregon State Police, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to identify a body found in Northeastern Oregon in 1978.
On August 27, 1978, the body of a young female was found in a wooded hillside location near Elgin, Oregon. The female was pregnant and likely in her 6th – 8th month of pregnancy. Investigators estimate that the female was between the ages of 14 and 25 years old, 5’2”, 120 pounds, light brown to blonde hair. Clothing and accessories found near or on the body include red cloth, white cloth, and zippers (remnants of clothing), a halter/bra, red “Catalina” brand pants, size 15/16 (juniors?) which show evidence of possible length alteration, and ankle-high, lace-up shoes. Her estimated year of death is between 1970 and 1975.
Facial reconstruction for a composite sketch was done by Redgrave Research.
Investigators would like to hear from anyone with information about this case, including the identity of the deceased female.

On the morning of February 24, 2022, this unidentified suspect arrived at a Southeast Portland residence in the pictured vehicle. The suspect ignited commercial fireworks outside the front door of the home, causing damage to the home, while the residents were inside asleep.

On February 12, 2022, at approximately 5:30 p.m., this unidentified suspect was involved in an armed robbery at the Plaid Pantry at 13521 SE Powell Boulevard.

On February 11, 2022, at approximately 12:30 a.m., this unidentified suspect was spotted applying graffiti in the area of Pioneer Square where he also assaulted a security officer.
Robbery at the Sunny Market

On February 8, 2022, this unidentified suspect stole some items from the Sunny Market, located at 944 NE 82nd Avenue. The clerk followed the suspect out of the store and a second suspect, in a vehicle, fired several shots in the air before both suspects fled the area in the vehicle. The suspect appears to be a white female, approximately 20 - 35 years old, with brown or red hair.

On January 20, 2022, at approximately 5:00 a.m., this unidentified suspect stole cash from the register at the Plaid Pantry store located at 11 Southeast 20th Avenue.

On January 5, 2022, at approximately 9:23 p.m., these unidentified suspects entered the Plaid Pantry store at 6010 NE Halsey Street, and stole cash from the register. One of the suspects was armed with a handgun. The suspects are described as white males, ages 18 to 21. Two of the suspects are described as 5-4 tall and 170 pounds. The suspect in the black puffy coat with the gun is described as 5-7 and 170 pounds.

On November 20, 2021, at 11:57 p.m., this unidentified suspect entered the 7-Eleven at 8635 SW Barbur Blvd, armed with a handgun, and robbed the clerk for cigarettes. The suspect is described as a Black male in his 40s, wearing black clothing. The suspect potentially arrived in the red Prius (Lyft), driven by an unsuspecting witness (also pictured).

On November 2, 2021, at approximately 12:49 a.m., an unidentified suspect robbed The Kenton Club in North Portland's Kenton Neighborhood. The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 6-0 tall, with a slim, athletic build. The suspect was armed with a handgun and a taser.
